650 ml redwine (That type of redwine which you buy when you make yourself a
present, but prefer a dry one)
150 ml brandy
50 ml fresh squeezed lemon
1 orange
1 cinnamon bar
2 cloves
200 g white sugar
Peel the orange, remove all the white peel and the skin which is around the
singel orangepieces.
Put it all together in a glass vessel, let it macerate 2 weeks.
Shake it all day. After 1 week the sugar should be dissolved, if not, shake
it more.
After 2 weeks pour it through a fine sieve, take the orange pieces apart, squeeze
them to the last drop and add the liquid to the liqueur.
Now put it away another week and than, ---its ready.
That doesn´t sound very sensational but this liqueur is really tasty and
as already said, it owns a great versalitiy.
